MARTY TRUNK
Marty is owner and CEO of Trunk Bay Construction. Marty’s design style brings the trademark Casual Elegance to Trunk Bay homes. His passion is to design a unique, budget minded home, that matches the lifestyle of each home buyer, while never compromising quality. Marty graduated from ISU and has been in the Bloomington Normal community for 20 yrs. Marty’s vision is not only to build quality homes but to bring value to the community through the outstanding product and service offered by Trunk Bay Construction.

MARK JOHNSON
Mark has been with Trunk Bay Construction since 2004 and has recently taken over the management of our new remodeling division. His 12 years of experience in concrete and excavation bring a unique resource to Trunk Bay Construction. Mark graduated from ISU in 1993 with a degree in Construction Management. Mark’s attention to detail and thorough documentation are essential to the efficiency of our remodeling jobs.

RICK FIELDS
Rick has been building homes for 30 years in addition to being a 3rd generation home builder. He has a degree in Architecture from Southern Illinois University. Rick oversees all Bloomington IL contractors working at Trunk Bay Construction sites. His attention to quality new construction and detail is what makes Trunk Bay new homes stand out. Rick’s passion for building custom homes and his commitment to exceeding our home buyer’s expectations is what helps reach our goal of closing new homes with a zero punch list. Rick’s pride and ownership in his work is evident in every Trunk Bay Home.

MIKE HOLLEY
Mike has been with Trunk Bay Construction since the fall of 2004. He spends up to a week in each Trunk Bay home fine tuning and finishing details in order to meet Trunk Bay Construction Standards. Mike's background in the tool and die industry gives him a keen sense of detail and perfection. Little things like adjusting doors and drawers means the homeowner will find everything looking and working to perfection.. Mike enjoys working with our clients and seeing each project through to completion.

NEIL JEFFREYS
Neil joined Trunk Bay Construction in January, 2007. He served in the Marines and attended Illinois State University where he graduated with an Accounting degree in 2001. Neil's background includes business ownership, cabinet design, and experience in a custom woodworking shop. He brings a talent in listening to customer’s ideas and creating exclusive home plans and designs that match their desires. At Trunk Bay Construction, Neil assists with the overall project management and customer service that is essential to a smooth and efficient home building process.

BRENT HEINOLD
Brent is a CPA and the Chief Financial Officer of Trunk Bay Construction. He oversees the finances of Trunk Bay Construction. From the bidding process to compiling final numbers for the closing, Brent is involved in all financial aspects of our business. His expertise is a valuable resource to Marty Trunk in all areas of the business operation and ongoing planning.

MICHELE BEVERAGE
Michele is a Bloomington-Normal native and has seen the community’s rapid growth and expansion in real estate. She came to Trunk Bay Construction in 2006 with a background in customer service, quality management, and administrative support. As Marty’s assistant, Michele manages the day to day office operations and helps coordinate communication among Trunk Bay team members. She also plays a key role in working with new clients and implementing ongoing marketing strategies.
