We would simply like to say "Thank You". We have had a wonderful experience with Trunk Bay. Previously, we had a bad experience with building a home and were reminded by others just how hard the building process can be. So when we started looking to move into Bloomington-Normal we wanted to find a home that was already constructed and ready to move into. That all changed when we met Rick and Michele at a couple of their open houses.
They actually opened our eyes to a whole new building experience and I knew "I had to have a Trunk Bay home". I remember looking at other listings but nothing compared to anything of Trunk Bay's.
Marty and his staff were able to take a house plan of our choice and customize it to fit our budget and style. I felt comfortable the entire process with Marty, Neil and Michele assisting every step of the way and the time flew by during construction. Rick added beautiful details and made sure everything was on schedule and where it needed to be. Russ and Mike were there when I came by to see the house and answer all the questions that I had. Even at closing, the entire staff came together and greeted us at the walk thru. The customer service alone is their greatest selling point!
